Registration form

Please fill in the attached registration form and submit to the school office. Returning students must fill in a form as well so that the school can ensure that all information on file is up to date. If you need a printed copy of the form, you can pick one up at the school. Forms can be emailed to mswinn@nisgaa.bc.ca.
